This goal propelled Dalton's confidence and they would net two more goals before half (goals by Bumjoon Kim and Eric Kang). Although the backline was missing one of it's strongest components, Nick Choi, they played a perfect game and finished with a clean slate. Joseph Park, Dominic Yoon and Aaron Cho played excellent in their Dalton debut. Senior, Mark Kim, who also made his debut on Wednesday, made two impressive saves in the second half to help secure the goose egg.
The fireworks continued in the second half for the Dalton attack. Bumjoon Kim fired a lofted ball over half the field to Philip Yoon who took one touch to control, and another to place it in the bottom left corner. Many are calling it the goal of the season. In his first ever Freshmen, Joseph Park and Eric Kang, would score the final two goals of the match to finish the game 6-0. Dalton dominated possession, and were all over the field on defense. The team will play ICS-U on Saturday morning and hope to put in another good performance.
