The 2019 IYLC will bring together youth leaders from international and local schools around Korea - and potentially beyond - for a learning and intensive day of leadership training and community service. This year the conference theme is: Lead to Serve: Serve to Lead, and it will have as keynote speaker Elijah Christopher DeVaughn, Jr.
The 2019 International Youth Leadership Conference hopes to bring together over 200 young people to work on developing leadership skills and to encourage them to bring back the ideals of community service to their respective communities. The lessons, speeches, and workshops in which the students will participate will all focus on this year’s theme: Lead to Serve: Serve to Lead. The keynote speakers will speak to the students about their experiences as youth leaders and about their involvement in working to improve the issues facing their communities. Students will also have a chance to present their projects and share their stories; call for presentations will be out in the beginning of April.
